Earlier this year, we had the privilege of leading an inspiring conversation on gender equity, bringing together passionate voices from across the telecommunications industry. The energy in the room was a powerful reminder of what can happen when people come together to create change.

Gender equity is a key Area of Interest for the Telco Together Foundation. We are committed to exploring this issue through open, meaningful dialogue with our members. Events like this are essential to driving awareness, fostering collaboration, and building a more inclusive and equitable industry.

We were proud to be joined by representatives from Telstra, Optus, TPG Telecom, Aussie Broadband, Ericsson, Ignite Telecom, Indara, ROC Communications, and Superloop. Their presence and participation underscore the sector’s collective commitment to progress.

We are especially grateful to the remarkable women who shared their perspectives and experiences on the day: Dr Isabelle Kingsley, Rashida Lowe, Pip Dexter, and Rhiannon Yetsenga. Their insights sparked important reflections and inspired renewed momentum for change.
