Commander's impact
What began as a small fundraising pilot with a sample of Commander’s customers, has now led us to our most successful fundraising initiative, Small Change Big Change.

Small Change Big Change is empowering hundreds of thousands of telco customers by giving them the choice of adding a small donation of $1, $2, $3 or more to their bill every month.
The impact has been enormous and as a result of the generosity of Commander’s customers, we’ve now surpassed half a million dollars raised through this small action!
Together, we’re building resilient young Australians by supporting a wide range of community programs for young people designed to promote good mental health, a strong sense of identity and connections beyond connectivity.

Community Matters
It’s another example of how we’re uniting Australia’s telco industry to drive significant social impact for young people in this country.
From the pilot alone we had a staggering 42% of customers choosing to donate and of those 70% of respondents to our pilot survey stated that their perception of Commander had positively or very positively improved as a result of the initiative.
For those who choose not to donate, 19% of respondents to our pilot survey stated that their perception of Commander too had positively or very positively improved as a result of the initiative.
